AR Chip for T-TAS plus
The AR Chip was specifically designed for the quantitative analysis of the white thrombus formation process mediated by the combined activation of platelets and the coagulation system under venous flow conditions. Development of white thrombi consisting of activated platelets and fibrin can be analyzed and visualized by measuring flow pressure waveforms and video-microscopic inspection, respectively.
Reservoir set for T-TAS plus
This set is designed to hold the whole blood sample and eliminate air bubbles.
Waste liquid tank for T-TAS plus
This set is designed to capture excess blood sample as it is mixed with EDTA to prevent downstream clotting beyond the analytical path of the AR chip.
Ca-CTI for T-TAS plus
CTI (Corn trypsin inhibitor) inhibits coagulation factor XII. Ca-CTI is used in the AR Chip to recalcify the citrated whole blood sample and inhibit the intrinsic coagulation pathway.
